Brown Aims For EnduroCross Win

With the opening rounds of the 2012 GEICO AMA EnduroCross Championship fast approaching many are asking the question as to whether this will be the year KTM’s Mike Brown finally delivers a race win.

For Brown, a former AMA Motocross Champion, his rise to the top of endurocross has been a rapid one but so far remains incomplete. Recording five podium results, Brown ended his 2011 season as runner up to teammate and eventual champion Taddy Blazusiak.

Proving that he has the speed necessary to stand on top of the podium by securing several heat race wins and a multitude of fast laps during qualifying, Brown is keen to improve this year.

Entering the Las Vegas arena on Friday May 4th, the veteran, who won his first professional race in 1994, will be ready to win his first EnduroCross main event.

“I improved my consistency in 2011 to get second in the championship. Now I want a win,” said Brown when asked about his outlook on the 2012 season.

So if you are looking for somebody to break the Taddy Blazusiak streak in Las Vegas on Friday, May 4th, look no further than Mike Brown on the FMF KTM.
