Eddie Karlsson proves a Stark Varg can compete – Battle of Veklings Extreme Enduro onboard
Eddie Karlsson has taken an historic victory at the 2024 Battle of Veklings Extreme Enduro with the Stark Varg – ride onboard POV with the Swedish rider.
Still doubting an electric motorcycle can work in enduro? Recent signing to the Stark Future factory family, Eddie Karlsson put his Varg to the ultimate test in the 2024 Battle of Veklings Extreme Enduro – one round in a series called Korståget (The Crusade).
All things being equal at the start line, Karlsson raced the Varg alongside the regular entry of riders and machines and claimed victory by over 20 minutes ahead of Magnus Thor on a Husqvarna TE 300.
The onboard with Eddie is the entire race (including the insane race start!) and show he finished the 2:20 minutes with just under 30% battery left. Food for thought if you were thinking electric bikes can't compete on a level playing field...
